Mommy & Me Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment. We were all at our first class once, and we are ready to greet you and help you feel welcome!

Your first class is always FREE!


When and Where does Stroller Strides meet?
Stroller Strides will be indoors for the summer every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:00 AM at the Queen Creek Annex.


Please bring a yoga mat, water, anything to keep baby happy and your smile


You can do Stroller Strides in any stage of motherhood - no restrictions!

Strides 360

Strides 360™ is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU. Strides 360™ is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring!

Please bring your stroller (if you are bringing your kiddo) and water. If you are enjoying a kid free workout, a small bag to hold your phone/keys can be nice. You're welcome to put it in my stroller for safe keeping.

As of MAY 1 all classes are indoors to the Queen Creek Recreation Annex for the summer. Strides360 is every Friday.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

When you come to class, please bring your stroller, yoga mat/towel, water, whatever kiddo needs (snacks, toys, blankets, or carrier)
